I cannot purchase anything in the Premium store. When I click something to buy it just says processing and sit there and loads..

Make sure you have your "Steam Overlay" turned on or the purchasing feature will not work properly.

Step 1) Click 'Steam' on menu bar
Step 2) Click "In-Game"
Step 3) Make sure the box is checked that says "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game"

You can also activate or deactivate this function for each game individually after doing the above steps by going into your 'LIBRARY' and right-clicking on a game and going into the 'PROPERTIES' for that title.

I have the same problems and Overlay is activated in Steam. Show FPS is activated in steam as well but it doesn't display in-game.
