In game purchases taking bait coins but not giving the licence or equpment

So last night I spent 30 dollars 15 for 1 month premium and 15 dollars for 300 bait coins great. But the problem is I bought the Florida unlimited Iiscene and spent 50 baitcoins on network and bought 2 crankbaits and a spinnerbait but I wake up and the crankbaits are gone and so is newyork liscence please help me as the costmeeservice repsonse i got was unbelievable unity says I never purchased the new York map but where is my baitcoins and crankbaits at
