Robbed By Update/ Lag

I was playing the game and entered a competition, waited 40 minutes for the start time, it was at falcon lake for trout only, i pay 1000 for a license and 5000 to enter, i go in trying to load into a fishing spot and the loading screen stayed on for a while so i reset my ps4, i go back in the game and it says ive spent my day already, all my money is gone and i didnt even get to fish for a second, i would like a refund please. This all happened on the day of 9/13/17 when the hooksetting issue was a problem as well.
