Live Broadcast PS4 (No Gameplay Audio)

Live Stream from PS4

I have written support emails regarding this issue. I am live streaming Fishing Planet straight from the PS4 with no additional equipment and have my chat audio but have not been able to achieve audio from Fishing Planet itself. I’ve defaulted all settings, tried numerous setups but to no avail. The same happens when I attempt to record gameplay.
