Catching no fish

I am trying to catch fish in New York but i'm Fishing 6 hours and i have only 4 fish! It's not normal and also i don't have double xp

i have been having the same problem the only way i can catch a fish is if it hooks it self and it has been getting worse. Tired of lossing money cause now i cant catch fish and when the game first came out and before your update i was catching fish with the same setup no problem

Well I got my reply from support today. They called me a liar

Went from catching 20lb of bass a day to barely getting 5lb... Using the same bait and fishing technique but getting nothing. Tried switching things up and still rarely get a bite.

Your email said I received double xp. I have proof I didn't. Would you rather call me dishonest so it makes you look better? Just admit that you messed up and make it right. It can't be that hard to do the right thing.

Here's your proof right here. Now check the log of the only person I played with on Saturday. His username is BaNaNaBeNdA  the whole time we fished he got double and a half xp what I was getting! I understand the 50% extra because he's premium. Go ahead and check,I'm not going anywhere..

Honestly I'm done worrying about this. With the wait times between replies here and through support on email it's obvious you have too many customers with problems to deal with. You win,it's not worth my time anymore.. Hopefully you'll at least keep your word and refund my premium like you emailed me last week. And yes,I have proof of that email before you ask!
