Baitcoins not received..again

I just attempted to purchase baitcoins again, and again they didn't transfer. This now makes 400 baitcoins I've paid for since Friday night and haven't received. I love this game, the graphics are amazing, the ai, the fishing simulation, however this is getting old. I've attached screen shots of the purchase receipts from the playstation store. I appreciate your time in looking into this matter. Thanks

We have checked logs and we see that purchased baitcoins have been successfully delivered to your account. You spent them, buying different items.

Another question.Why do you think that baitcoins are not delivered to your account?

You may want to check again. I purchased 300 baitcoins Friday night 9/22, and another 100 yesterday, 9/24. I haven't received the coins. The purchases I made with baitcoins were other purchases for which I have receipts for every purchase.  I'm not trying to get something free. Only what I paid for. You can check my account from Friday at 11:20 E.S.T. and see that I made 2 purchases and never received the baitcoins. If you are disputing that I did in fact receive them, please show your proof.

They just pulled something similar on me. I didn't get double xp this weekend so I contacted support immediately. Sent pictures with proof and they replied 2 days later calling me a liar..Before this I purchased premium I wasn't able to use. Was told last week I'd be refunded and nothing has happened. Hope you the greatest of luck if you're truly being honest. I know as of now I regret every dollar I spent on this game..

I am absolutely being honest.  I've spent close to $40 on bait coins in the past week or so. I also paid for 1 day premium passes a couple times and 1 day use of a couple lakes. All I want is what I paid for.

I'm in the same boat I haven't received my 300 baitcoins I'm at the point of calling my bank and getting my money back and if they say I received them and spent them I will get my lawyer involved it's a damn shame.

Just out of curiosity, did you get double xp this weekend? If you're in Cincinnati and I'm in northern ky I was just thinking it could possibly be an issue in our area?

Hey,if you don't mind me asking. Do you live anywhere in EST zone? I have friends in Tennessee and Georgia with problems as well. But my friends in the UK have had no issues besides the hooking bug.

I'm in California some friends have had no problems buying the rod and reel packs but when it comes to the baitcoins no one has received them.

Hey there Dwyte. I'll be honest, I'm not sure if I even got double xp. It makes me mad though that this is how customers are treated.

When the hooking bug problem started support replied immediately several times a day and made things right. The moment I bought premium and baitcoins the replies were once a day. I waited 2 days for the double xp problem just to be told I was lying. I understand that they must get false claims from people trying to take advantage of them but not all people are dishonest. Hopefully this issue is brought to the correct people so the honest ones get their compensation. If all else fails we can run down to the Ohio River and catch real catfish and gar lol

Right on brother.  Me and my boys are headed to Alexandria to do a little bass fishing right now. 

This bait coin issue has happened to me 6 times , and 1 day premium purchase happened once. I bought 300 bait coins Friday night so I could upgrade my rod and reel, and go to a couple spots I found for big shovelheads and trophy gar. I planned on playing quite a bit over the weekend with the double xp. After I didn't get the 300 baitcoins Friday night it put a damper on the whole thing.  Then Sunday I tried buying 100  just to convert and buy shiners. Didn't get that one either.  It really bothers me that I'm being accused of lying.  I'm a grown man, with a family. I don't have the time nor desire to email support, and try to track down the right people on an issue that should of already been corrected.

And I fully understand where you're coming from. I'm grown myself. Even 1 of my children are grown lol It doesn't matter to me if I spent 50 cents or $99 ,you should get what you paid for. I appreciate their attempts at giving people baitcoins. But you can't purchase premium or double xp with em..But at the end of the day,I'm sure this will be made right eventually and hopefully we can enjoy this game for what it can be. We can only hope..

Well said and I agree completely. It doesn't matter the amount, it's getting what you pay for. I hope they make the situation right. You know as well as I do we don't have the time to play games like the younger crowd, so I buy these baitcoins for a reason.

I'm not sure if you saw my earlier reply. I know for a fact they weren't delivered to my account. This is the 8th time this has happened. I purchase baitcoins and they aren't delivered. I email support and have posted here, and everytime you have corrected the situation. In a last ditch effort to prove to you that what I am complaining about is true, I just attempted to purchase another 50 baitcoins. Once again I did not receive them. I will attach an image of my t.v. I have 6 baitcoins. I will also attach a screen shot of this purchase for 50 baitcoins, and the image of the purchase for 300 and 100 baitcoins. I have purchased 450 baitcoins since friday night, September 22nd and still don't have them. If you look at the activity I didn't spend 400 baitcoins from Friday through Sunday. I appreciate your time in looking into this matter and helping to resolve it. Thanks.
