Bite graph changed

In NC 2 times now the bite graph has changed in the middle of the day. By luck of the draw, or unluck of the draw, it has changed from one where the graph increases towards the afternoon to the one that declines all day. This has happened when I got off and came back later to play. The third time was in NY, it was a rainy day and all of a sudden it was a sunny day with two humps.  It's irritating that I keep getting screwed out of the best parts of the fishing day because it changes in the middle of the day.
