missing Missing baitcoins

I bought 300 baitcoins for $14.99 on the PlayStation store and still have not seen the coins, my account shows that I was charged but never received the coins as of now I still only have 2 baitcoins, do not say I received them them and spent them because I have proof I never received them right after I purchased them. If this isn't resolved I will dispute the transaction and get my money back and don't think I won't get my lawyer.

I hope you the best of luck! If you try contacting support they might help. Or call you a liar like they did me! It's unprofessional how they're treating paying customers with real issues!

Yeah it's a damn shame we're paying for things with a free game helping them get money to make the game better and this I how we're repayed.

Not at all! Check the topic called "catching no fish" support had the nerve to tell me they never called me a liar lol this is the professionalism you get AFTER you spend money.

I'm sure they are overwhelmed and doing the best they can, and I always like to give people the benefit of doubt. I hope they get these situations resolved, for their sake, for people paying and playings sake. It is a great game but this has just about done it for me. I just purchased another 50 baitcoins last night around 11 p.m. Just to prove to them I wasn't lying. Their reply? You've received your baitcoins when I'm looking at the game and know for a fact I didn't. This makes 450 baitcoins I haven't received and $24 I've completely wasted.  Good luck!

Still waiting on this one support. It's been 3 days and I still have heard from anyone this is getting annoying I've already had 2 issues with my add ons
