I am wondering if ANYONE is allowed to UPDATE it?! I am asking because while I may be a few weeks removed from being a newbie, it isn't right for someone who essentially started today and found the wiki page and thought, "yeah this traveling stuff is going to be cheap!" while us playing it know otherwise!
