At least for me it is. Everytime I purchase something from baitcoins, to unlocking lakes or buying premium, it's not delivered.Yesterday I purchased the 7 day premium and paid to unlock Quanchkin lake for 3 days and haven't received either. PH_Bear Posted September 28, 2017 Report Posted September 28, 2017 Could this possibly be an issue with your firewall not allowing the game software or Steam to accept incoming pushes of some sort. We had kind of the same issue with our software at work being so locked down it blocked mission critical updates, pushes, etc. Just thinking out loud here trying to help. Apologies for the intrusion. Not sure what your platform is or firewall your using but it might be worth a shot just to rule it in or out. Might not even be the issue but never hurts to check.
