Need Help - Stuck on loading screens

I've just recently downloaded the game,  every time i pass the character creation and select my resolution and graphics quality I enter a loading screen that gets stuck about 50% through and spins forever.

I've sent an email through to the support email but haven't had a response yet.

so I'm just making this topic in hopes someone might see it and either find my email or help me here.
